Terms of Service

By making an appointment and paying for any of the services, the client, agrees to the following:
The client’s name, address, e-mail, and phone number will be collected on the contact page of this website in order to facilitate the session.
The client will have the option of allowing an e-mail to remain collected for purposes of future information about Carol Ann in Color, for which they may have an interest.
All services will be held over Zoom and/or another Internet service, together with corresponding e-mail exchanges between Carol Ann in Color, LLC and the client. Local Services may be held in person.
Carol-Ann Neal dba is the Contact person for Carol Ann in Color, LLC.

A reply e-mail will be sent in response to an inquiry about each of the services.
The studio workplace is located in Niantic, CT.
In consideration of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this agreement the parties agree as follows:
The Client agrees that Carol Ann in Color, LLC dba Carol-Ann Neal has the necessary qualifications, experience, and abilities to provide services to the Client.
The outcome of each service must be achieved through the efforts of the Client.
The parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of service take effect.
All monetary amounts for services shall be paid in U.S. Dollars.
The amount of the service shall be paid in full at the time of scheduling the appointment for the service.
In the event that this agreement is terminated by the Client prior to the completion of services, but where services have already been partially performed, Carol Ann in Color, LLC will be entitled to a pro rata payment of the compensation to the date of termination.
The compensation of this agreement does not include any sales tax, or other applicable duties as may be required by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
Any sales tax and duties required by the laws of the State of Connecticut, will be charged to the client in addition to the compensation.
The Intellectual property that is developed or produced under this agreement will be the property of Carol Ann in Color, LLC. The Client is granted a limited non-exclusive use of this intellectual property. Any title, copyright, intellectual distribution rights of the intellectual property remain exclusively with Carol Ann in Color, LLC.
